Welcome

WE CONTINUE TO SERVE

For over 85 years our funeral home has served Pleasant Hill, as well as our neighboring communities, continuously and without interruption. Today we remain committed to serving our families through the days, weeks and months ahead.

Following are the necessary steps we are taking as we seek to assist our communities in thwarting the COVID 19 Virus Outbreak.

Effective March 17, 2020; we will be unable to offer any public visitations or public services until the restrictions mandated by the CDC and communicated to us through the local Cass County Health Department, have been lifted.

If a death occurs, call us, we are here to serve. We will still care for your loved one no matter what type of disposition (burial or cremation) you choose.

Our staff is trained in infectious disease protocols and we are prepared, as always, to care for your loved one and your family.

We are still having services. As mentioned above, who can attend and how many, will be adjusted accordingly to CDC guidelines and the local Cass County Health Department.

In making arrangements we will meet with the family in any manner they feel comfortable. If they are not comfortable meeting us at the funeral home we will gladly accommodate them via the telephone or through virtual conference.

We have invested in state of the art streaming services and are now able to offer livestreaming of funeral services. With permission from the family you will be able to view those services through our Facebook page. We will also record services for those that may not be able to view the livestream. These options will be provided free of charge.

Experience matters. In the past 8 decades we have watched our communities come together and overcome each crisis that has developed throughout our nation and in our communities. We have weathered many storms and with your support and cooperation will weather this one as will.

Please stay safe; keep an eye on your friends and neighbors and remember we are all in this together.

Any questions or concerns please call us at (816) 540-5550.
