Sandy Ann Brown, 44, of Pleasant Hill, was born Saturday, July 29, 1967 in Lee's Summit, the daughter of Billy D. and Dorothy (Johnson) Briscoe. She departed this life at 2:45 p.m., on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at the Pleasant Hill Health & Rehabilitation Center.

Sandy was a gifted Home Healthcare Provider.

She was preceded in death by her father.

She is survived by her mother Dorothy Briscoe of Pleasant Hill; two sons Christopher (and Kaylee Cline) Foley of Pleasant Hill, and David Brown the III of Kansas; two daughters Jessica Byrd of Odessa and Candy Byrd of Pleasant Hill; eight grandchildren Arron, Jack, Jasmyn, Holly, Steven, Jeremy, John, and Colt; two brothers Richard Briscoe of Harrisonville, and Denny Briscoe of Pleasant Hill; one sister Phyllis (and Melvin) Hawks of Centerview; other relatives and many friends.

Cremation has been accorded. A memorial visitation was held Friday, March 16, 2012 at the Pleasant Hill Community of Christ Church.
